Summer Internship at Mine Storage in collaboration with AFRY

Emelie Johansson

Mine Storage welcomes Emelie Johansson to a Summer Internship at Mine Storage and thanks AFRY for making it possible.

Emelie studies Industrial Engineering and Management at Linköping University and will, supported by experts at AFRY, develop technical solutions for one of Mine Storage pilot-projects.

Having a degree from ABB Industrigymnasium (Technology Senior High School) Emelie has both industrial and international working experience. As dual Swedish-American citizen she is now dedicating all her spare time to prepare for the US national handball team training camp and upcoming North-American qualifier for the 2021 World Championship.

“I am still early in my engineering studies, so this summer internship at Mine Storage is very valuable and gives me more real insight of what engineering work is all about. Hopefully I will also contribute to moving the project forward” says Emelie.

“We are pleased to be able to both support a young engineering student and establish a collaboration with an innovative company such as Mine Storage” says Elon Hägg, Head of Business Unit Hydro Sweden, AFRY
